Train 10 minutes per day, for 21 days
Welcome everyone to this class where we will work the whole body in just 10 minutes a day.
The idea is that they can perform the routine for an initial level at least 10 repetitions each exercise.
Then as they progress they add 2 more repetitions. Until you reach 20 repetitions.
Once they reach 20 repetitions, they add one more round, that is, 2 times 20 repetitions.
