Physical Preparation Workshop for Aikidokas
In this workshop we will see:

Mobility and stability exercises applied to basic techniques (Tenkan, Irimi, Ikkio, Tachi-Waza, Swari-Waza).

Necessary conditioning to avoid injury

Stability and flexibility of the spine in the transfer of movement of the legs and arms.

Strength work with body weight to generate stability in taking ukemi
-
Ankle stability to avoid knee pain and improve flat feet.

Stability in the scapulohumeral area
